General Overview of Modules
The Main Page displays the primary activation controls for PrintScore, which comprise of the following:
Quotations
This enables the creation of new quotations, access to previously created quotations, or modifications to existing quotations.
A Source of Business and Source for Quotation form will pop up upon activation of the Quotation feature. Completion of this form is not mandatory in order to proceed further but is highly recommended for future advertising and promotion references and information.
The Quotations Worksheet is laid out in an open and friendly design; contains extensive tools and aids in completing the quotations; and follows a logical sequence and work-flow.
Customer Database
New customer information can be input for each client or you can access existing customer records.
Supplier Database
PrintScore allows you to create, update and retain a comprehensive database of suppliers. This database can also contain extensive product and pricing information for each supplier, as well as a historical record of all past purchases and transactions for each supplier. The Supplier Database may be accessed by Company name, Contact name or Telephone number.
Point of Sale System
PrintScore boasts a comprehensive a Point of Sale module. This is included with this print management program because we recognize that a large portion of retail revenues can be from instant printing, electronic printing and related services. Our Point of Sale module features comprehensive lists of print-related retail products. Prices can be picked up from your hard-printed price list or from the products and services database. Sales are categorized by type of product or service; and synoptic reports are created instantly by product[s], service(s) and time periods. Charges to credit customer accounts are immediately posted, payments received on account allocated, and daily cash reconciliations are effected painlessly.
Products & Services Database
Instant availability of product information and pricing is essential in today’s fast moving customer-service oriented work place. PrintScore enables you to create extensive and detailed internal price-lists and descriptions for every product and service which you offer. If you wish, you may also print out this information to create hard copy Counter or Field catalogs in addition to your electronic database. Any part of this information may be supplemented, modified or removed at any time.
Accounting
Recognizing that most businesses have an established detailed accounting system in place, PrintScore does not attempt to replace your existing accounting systems. However our simple yet detailed Accounting Module enables the generation of extremely valuable financial and management information on a day to day basis. This is a result of the integration of quotations/invoicing, point of sale inputs, bank deposits, cash and check payments, purchases as well as other relevant data and information.
Defaults & Costs
The Defaults feature enables the input, retention, modification and instant recall of ALL pre-defined information and values for any number of variable products and services. It also lets you generate detailed price lists of various categories of standard or specialized products and services.
Backup/Restore
Makes it convenient and easy for you to Backup and/or Restore your database.
Reports
PrintScore collects, collates, sorts and retains all of the information which is entered. This information is then organized into logical sequences and categories; and available to you in the form of a variety of reports for any period which you specify.
